We utilize Lease Options in order to maximize rental income, create a targeted exit plan and minimize nuisance expenses. This allows us to create the best margins consistently possible on Single Family investments

How much experience does the Casa Connect AZ team have?
Individually and together over the last 14 years, we have acquired and managed over 30 properties, most of which we still manage and are cash flowing.

We have the resources to keep costs to a minimum and the team to anticipate problems where possible. This ensures that we stay out in front of expensive cost overruns.

How much money do I need to invest?
Our investors may own one property or an unlimited number. One of the best things about Casa Connect AZ is that we customize a plan for you based on what you want to accomplish.

We have investor models that range from $15,000 to unlimited.

Are my investment dollars safe?
All investment dollars are at risk. Yours are secured by ownership in the tangible asset of single family residences. We purchase with great care and manage with attention to detail. From the intiial wire directly into the Trust Account to the final cash-out, your money remains in custody and your properties are closely monitored.
What are my projected returns?
Not every acquisition hits the same numbers but, as rule, we select investment properties with at least 8% annualized cash flow and exits of 15% or higher rate of return.

Many clients own and invest on their own in addition to having a team. With only 168 hours in a week, if Casa Connect AZ is on your team, you can do your own investing AND also leverage our time and expertise to grow your portfolio faster.
How long will my investment dollars be tied up?
This is a customizable feature in our system. While the term of investment may depend on the model selected, we usually recommend up to 10 years for maximum gain and long-term wealth. With this asset class, i.e. single-family residences, the longer the term, the better.
