DRIVEN BY PURPOSE
Claudia Dill moved from Lake Tahoe, Nevada, where she owned a private physical therapy practice, to the Tucson area 24 years ago. She has been actively investing in real estate for over 18 years with experience in a wide variety of investments including performing notes, owner financing, lease options, limited partnerships, land, rentals and wholesaling in several Western states. She has found that various “terms” formats such as owner financing and lease options are some of the most beneficial and successful approaches for investors, sellers and buyers who must deal with the challenges in today’s real estate and banking environments.
Claudia’s guiding principles include the goals that all participants in her real estate transactions must clearly understand what is happening and must be comfortable and satisfied with the end result.
After knowing and working with Bre Zientarski in the physical therapy profession for 14 years, Claudia and Bre realized that they have common goals and philosophies when it comes to investing. They joined forces to create Casa Connect AZ in early 2018 and brought their own specialized training and networks of business resources to create an even more effective and powerful company.
In her free time, Claudia enjoys hiking, teaching wheelchair tennis, traveling, working in her yard and reading.
Further, she continues to add to her knowledge base in the real estate investing world with a laser focus on refining equity enhancement through investing in single -family residences.
Bre Zientarski comes from entrepreneurial blood. Her parents owned their own businesses where she was taught at a very young age the mindset of ambition and was instilled an enthusiasm for an innovative approach. She has been involved in real estate most of her life, starting as a young assistant to her parents as they managed their many rental properties.
Bre’s hometown is Pleasant Hill, Oregon and has been a part of the Tucson community since 2004.
Bre’s educational background is as a physical therapist. Bre received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine from Pacific University and went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has been a partner, clinic director and clinician in a multi-clinic, orthopedic physical therapy company for over 12 years.
Bre is passionate about empowering others and has a deep desire to help people attain their goals. As she made the industry leap to working in real estate as a full time business, Bre found professional success by listening to her clients and putting their needs, wants and timing as top priority, making sure they feel supported and valued. Leveraging her experiences as a successful clinic director and practice partner, Bre is well respected for her high ethical standards, with outstanding customer service, being honest, creative and a skilled communicator. She works extremely hard to ensure her client’s success while making each transaction as smooth as possible.
Bre has made a high-level commitment to real estate, having invested in many real estate investing education courses and is coached by several mentors. Her own real estate background includes buying & selling properties and private lending. She has also rehabbed and flipped several single-family homes where she has been able to utilize her skills as a project manager such as excellent attention to detail, efficient organization, problem-solving, and working with a vast network of contacts within the industry.
Bre has spent over 14 years focusing her own investing in income-producing houses including owning and managing long term rentals, short term rentals, performing notes and now mostly lease-option properties. Through her experience in a variety of real estate investment models, she has co-founded Casa Connect AZ, a Private Investment Company with a model that is a perfect match for her. Bre loves serving a select few families grow generational wealth by partnering with them to directly place capital into the asset class of single family homes and remarketing these properties to those individuals that are not currently able to qualify for a traditional mortgage. This win-win-win scenario aligns with her guiding principles, passion for helping people and her knowledge of the real estate market and business. This model creates long term cash flow with tax benefits and potential capital growth for her equity owners, while creating a bridgeway for those who want to realize the American dream of home ownership. As a conservative, calculated investor, having weathered and thrived during the real estate market cycles over the past 14 years, Bre finds the security of this model the best of all.
In addition to real estate, Bre enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband, Eric, friends, family and two fun-loving, active dogs! In her free time, Bre is a hiker, photographer, skier and aspires to improve her golf game. Bre and Eric love traveling, riding their side-by-side, boating, experiencing new adventures, and are firm believers in giving back. They are particularly passionate about serving the less fortunate here in Tucson and in other countries, as well as volunteering with refugees, homeless, single-moms, and teens. Bre and Eric both are dedicated to being positive role models and mentors in all aspects of their lives.
